Agreed! I love all of the designs. Some of them are more realistically wearable for me than others--but I aspire to being able to wear all of them. :-D
I agree, this is has lots of things I'd love to knit. My only complaint is the leaf lace on the second shawl -- it's a beautiful shawl but I'm don't know that I can knit any more of that leaf motif!
I agree. And I agree that I wish there was an option to order the whole issue somehow! I was getting annoyed last night, going through the designs -- kept having to stop and go over to Ravelry to queue everything. I noticed that the Tern socks by Pam Allen are a free download, though -- thought that was interesting!
I loved how just about every single image evoked fall so perfectly. I got so giddy for fall myself. It's really one of the best seasons here in New England. It's pretty much the only reason to live here. (Besides work.)
ITA.
ReplyDeleteI don't think there was a single WTF? design in there.
My particular favourites (that I could actually wear) were Acorns, Peregrine, Twinflower and Cityscape.
I predict Cityscape to be THE sweater to knit. That's was the best issue ever!
ReplyDeleteI am so impressed at the wearability of every piece in this issue!
ReplyDeleteDamn! I want to buy the WHOLE thing. If only this issue were a real magazine or a book-- can I get a price break if I order every pattern?
