The yarn is one ply of all my random earth-toned odds and ends that I carded together and spun loosely and the other ply is some kind of wool that had been sitting on a bobbin for the better part of a decade. #rosekimknits

My first finished handspun hat for #singleskeinseptember2018 has some *cough* issues. The brim flares badly and I will probably rip it out and reknit it more tightly. The hat is very short because I was running low on yarn (this seems to happen with all my handspun projects). Then I did run out of yarn and used another random bit of handspun I had hanging around. Not the best start. #rosekimknits
