Darn That Clever Child

Several years ago we instituted a Pay-for-Candy program post-Halloween. Basically, the kids started to notice that I was stealing their candy. So now we buy the candy from them. Older son, clever child that he is and knowing that I love Kit Kats, collected as many as he could on Halloween. Twenty-five! Because he knew they were as good as cash in our household.
