Hmm, yes - I've never quite understood "institutionalized chic".
I had the same thought as FoFo - she looks like a star in one of the old movies where the heroine is placed in a mental hospital or is set in a woman's prison. Something along the lines of those B movies from the 30's and 40's - I imagine the title would be something like Locked Up! or Prison Break! or The Woman From Cell Block 4!
I'm worried that it might be open down the back...
And I'm impressed by the "got you so tight around the knees that you can't just shrug your way out of this one" chic!
