The No-Sweats are done.
Wes and I had fun restaging this ridiculous photo. That was the most uncomfortable position to stand in.
So the pants are warm and snuggly. The seams feel a little bulky to me. I'm sure it's partly the yarn and partly my lack of talent in the seaming department. They (*updated* by "they" I meant the pants not the seams. I shouldn't post after midnight) certainly add more bulk in the thigh, tummy, butt area than I'd like but it's not like I'm going to wear them out to dinner. I made them because, like Everest, they were there.
My 5 year old asked me what I was knitting a few days ago.
I said, "I'm making pants."
"Pants? But that will take a hundred and two years!"
Tomorrow I cast on my Shapely Tank. The knitalong keeps growing. I'm very excited.
